International Shipping and Handling Rates
Customs (International):
The
declared value for all orders required
to clear customs will be for the total of your store purchase. In other words, we will
NOT
declare a lower purchase price on the shipping form.
Each order will be declared as a "Retail Sale"
and we will not
deviate from this practice. Altering customs documents
to declare retail sales as something other than a sale (i.e., to
declare as a
"gift" or "warranty item") is a crime that carries severe
penalties (including both jail sentences and significant
fines). To clarify:
•
All
International packages will be declared the full value of the
package. We will NOT declare a lower value.
• All International packages will be declared as "RETAIL
SALE". We will NOT declare packages as "GIFT".
APO/FPO
All items will be shipped U.S. Postal Service Priority mail and insured.
Canadian Shipping & Handling Rates
For the fastest and most economical service we ship most Canadian orders by U.S. Post Office Priority Mail International. Canadian customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees. Since we use U.S. Postal Service these fees are kept to a minimum.
All items shipped to Canada ARE insured. Ben's Cycle will not be responsible for lost mail or packages.
The estimated delivery time for Canadian orders is 10-20 working days depending on the province and the cost is due to size or weight. Any additional costs will be indicated with the item. After items are shipped we cannot guarantee exactly when the items will arrive (delays at customs, etc.).
Additional Shipping Charges:
Certain items may vary in shipping and handling costs due to size or weight. Items with additional costs will be indicated on BensCycle.net. Additionally, some international destinations may possess an additional surcharge. Please e-mail us for an exact shipping rate quote at info@benscycle.com.
Carriers and International Rates

There is a $20.00 minimum order requirement for international orders. Due to unreliable shipping or fraud, BensCycle.net reserves the right to restrict shipment to any country we see fit.
IN-STORE PICKUP
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for item to be order and ship to us, we will also call you when your order is ready for pickup. Most items will be available sooner please use the 2 to 3 days as guide line.

If you choose the free shipping option we reserve the right to ship your item(s) with the lowest price shipper.
If you have a preference in how your item(s) are shipped to you, do not choose the free shipping option.

Return Policy when Free Shipping is offered (PLEASE READ):
If you decide to return a product that was purchased during a Free Shipping offer, you will be charged for:
1. The flat $5.00 fee that accompanies all returns
2. The initial shipping charge for the product you ordered.
So, to clarify, if you ordered a bike during a Free Shipping promotion, and return the bike to us, you will be charged $5.00 plus the amount WE paid to ship it to you.
BACKORDERS
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.
PRICE MATCHING
We will try to meet or beat any competitors advertised price. This is not a guarantee, but will will try. Applies to in stock items only. Applies to USA online retailers only. Does not apply to Amazon or Ebay type auctions/ads. Free shipping (if advertised) does not apply to price matched items.
Information on RETURNS
Exchange/Returns: At benscycle.net we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and to shop with us in the future. For this reason, we allow UNUSED product returns with their original boxes and documentation, for any reason up to 30 days after the purchase date.
PLEASE NOTE!
There is a FLAT $5.00 fee for all UNUSED product returns, which will be reflected in your return credit. In addition, original shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded.
For example:
You bought a product for $40.00 and paid $7.00 for shipping.....
You decide to return the UNUSED product for a refund.
After we recieve the product here at Ben' s Cycle, as long as it was NEVER mounted OR used, you will recieve a $35.00 credit.
To return your UNUSED product, you would need to pay for the returned shipping cost back to us. You would need to return the product in its original box along with all documents and parts. In addition, you must include a copy of the receipt enclosed in the box, marked "Return".
As soon as we receive the product/s your credit card will be credited, except for the initial shipping cost, and a $5.00 Return fee will be charged, unless the wrong product was shipped by benscycle.net. It can take up to one billing cycle for your credit to show up on your statement.
All return credit will be issued to the Credit Card used to make the purchase, or the Paypal account used to make the purchase.
*During Free Shipping Promotions, the following rules apply if your package qualifies for free shipping:
• We reserve the right to ship however we see fit. That is, shipping via USPS or UPS will be the standard.
• If a package is shipped out during a free shipping promotion, and the package is returned to us (i.e. Package was refused by customer, or the package was undeliverable) the customer will be refunded the cost of the products MINUS our initial shipping cost.
**The RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY does not apply to CUSTOM painted bike orders, or special orders. Special Orders, IF AUTHORIZED as returnable (please ask before you place a special order) will carry a 25-35% return fee if returned.

WARRANTY POLICY (Applies to ORIGINAL OWNER Only)
All parts need to be installed by a professional mechanic for warranty activation. Be prepared to verify installation with original receipt from your shop; receipt must contain a printed header with the shop’s name, address and phone # for verification.

the Milwaukee Bicycle Co. stand behind every product we offer.
All
NON-Milwaukee branded products…
from Ben’s Cycle are warranted according to specific
manufacturer’s term. Most
manufacturers’ warranty terms cover manufacturer defects for
a period of one
year from the date of purchase unless stated differently from the
manufacturer
(see manufacturers’ website or contact them directly for
complete details).
For
products
under warranty, the owner is responsible for freight to Ben's
Cycle and
the Milwaukee Bicycle Co. and all related customs, taxes, tariffs,
insurance, etc. Ben's Cycle and the Milwaukee Bicycle Co. is
responsible for the freight charges only for return of the equipment
from Ben's Cycle/ Milwaukee Bicycle Co. to the owner.
Ben's Cycle and the Milwaukee Bicycle Co. strongly recommends
all
equipment be returned in its original packaging.
*VERY IMPORTANT - There is a minimum amount of 4 inches of seatpost that MUST be inserted into the seat tube on all Milwaukee Bicycles (as well as for ANY bike).
Cracks developed on or around the seat tube due to improper seatpost installation (minimum of 4 inches was not inserted) will be dealt with on a case to case basis.
Please contact us if
your Milwaukee bike has developed cracks due to improper seatpost
installation.
During the warranty period, Ben's Cycle and the Milwaukee
Bicycle Co. will
repair or replace products
at
it’s own option
that prove to be
defective. Repairs are warranted for the remainder of the original
three
year warranty or a 90 day extended warranty, whichever is longer. Repair
or replacement of the product is the sole remedy
under this warranty.
For products under warranty, the owner is responsible for freight
to Ben's
Cycle and the Milwaukee Bicycle Co. and all related customs, taxes, tariffs,
insurance, etc. Ben's Cycle and the
Milwaukee Bicycle Co. is responsible for the freight charges only for
return of
the equipment from Ben's Cycle/ Milwaukee Bicycle
Co. to the owner.
Ben's Cycle and the Milwaukee Bicycle Co. strongly recommends
all
equipment be returned in its original packaging.
LIMITATIONS
OF WARRANTY
For ALL Milwaukee Bicycle Co. Bikes:
No
raw (uncoated or unpainted) frame or complete bicycle will carry any
warranty.
In
addition to the
Milwaukee Bicycle Co. frame warranty, any
“wet-painted” frame
will carry a 90 day warranty against exterior corrosion.
Any
dings, dents,
and/or chips in the paint, and any corrosion resulting
from dings, dents,
and/or chips are
considered “normal wear and tear” and are not
covered under this warranty. It
is strongly suggested that any blemishes in the coating of your frame
be
immediately fixed by coating any bare metal resulting from dings,
dents,
and/or chips.
In
addition to the
Milwaukee Bicycle Co. frame warranty, any
“gun-koted” frame will
carry a 2 year warranty against exterior and interior corrosion. Dings,
dents,
and/or chips in the coating, and any corrosion resulting
from dings, dents,
and/or chips
are considered “normal wear and tear” and are not
covered under this warranty.
It is strongly suggested that any blemishes in the coating of your
frame be
immediately fixed by coating any bare metal resulting from
dings, dents,
and/or chips.
It
is the sole
responsibility of the customer to perform proper maintenance on
their bicycle. This includes re-applying frame saver. Depending on the
climate
the bike is kept in and the amount of riding it receives this can be as
infrequent as once every other year, and as frequent as once a season.
Appropriate frame saver can be acquired at benscycle.com or your local
bike shop.
The
warranty does not apply to any part of a product that has been
installed,
altered, repaired, or misused in any way (including,
but not limited to -
accident, misuse, neglet, abuse or improper maintenance)
that, in the opinion of Ben's Cycle and the Milwaukee Bicycle
Co.,
would affect the
reliability or detracts from the performance of any part of the
product, or is damaged as the result of use in a way or with equipment
that had
not been previously approved by Ben's Cycle and the Milwaukee
Bicycle
Co.
The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of any product or
the
failure of the customer to provide regular maintenance of a
product. In
other words, the warranty will NOT cover the damages to any product
after a
period of normal use. In addition, the warranty will
not cover the
damages to any product due to the failure of the customer to provide
regular
maintenance to that product (ie. regular greasing and tightening)
The warranty does not apply to paint or other normal “wear and tear” items such as seats, grips, tires, tubes, cables, brake pads, chains....
The warranty does
not apply
to any product or parts there of where the
serial
number or the serial number of any of its parts has been altered,
defaced, or removed.
The warranty does not cover damage or loss incurred in customer
transportation
of the product.
The warranty does not cover replacement or repair necessitated by loss
or
damage from any cause beyond the control of Ben's Cycle and the
Milwaukee Bicycle Co., such as lightning or other natural
and weather related events or wartime environments.
The warranty does not cover any labor involved in the removal and or
reinstallation of warranted equipment or parts on site, or any labor
required to diagnose the necessity for repair or replacement.
