The Minoura Rim Drive System is the one and only solution for training with knobby tires (may also be used with a road bike). The rim drive system uses the rim side wall only and does not touch the tire. The result is that your tires will last longer. The solid and stable steel frame supports up to 264 lbs including the weight of the bike, and fits 24" - 700c wheels.
