Pearl
Coat Definition:
A type of paint that is similar to metallic paint, but instead of
minute metal particles it uses mica. Mica is a kind of semi
transparent, crystalline mineral that absorbs and reflects light in
prismatic fashion. This gives a dramatic, multi-dimensional effect to
the paint. Sometimes called "pearl coat."

warrants to the original retail
owner
of this frame against all defects in material or workmanship for
Waterford Manufactured Framesets sold by Ben's Cycle / Milwaukee
Bicycle Co. or through its authorized dealers without a time limit.
This warranty does not cover
normal wear and tear, normal maintenance items or any damage, failure
or loss caused by:
- Accident, misuse, neglect,
abuse or improper maintenance.
- Use of the product for stunt
riding, ramp jumping,
acrobatics,
competition or similar activities.
- Structural modifications
made by anyone other than
Waterford
Precision Cycles.
- Improper maintenance
includes (but is not limited to) frame
failure due to not providing your frame with an annual internal rust
proofing.
-Milwaukee Bicycle Co. will, at
its option,
repair or replace a defective
product. Dealer labor charges are not covered by this warranty.
-Milwaukee Bicycle Co. is not liable for incidental or
consequential damages.
Repair or replacement of defective products is the sole remedy under
this warranty.
-Shipping costs are not included in the warranty and are the sole
responsibility of the purchaser
-If you elect to repair a damage or defective Milwaukee product through
a source OTHER than Waterford then Milwaukee Bike Co. and/or Waterford
will not be liable for the
defect(s) or damage caused by such repairs.
