CUSTOM WHEEL BUILDER PROGRAM

(Availability is on a first come first come first serve basis).

By completing the Custom Wheel Builder Program, you have asked us to build a custom wheel to your specifications. Though we try our hardest to keep as many parts in stock as possible, occasionally a hub or rim will need to be special ordered. Because of this, any order placed through this website is subject to delay.

*NOTICE! We are usually on schedule and quick in the build-up and shipment of custom built wheelsets...nevertheless, ALL of our custom wheelsets are built IN HOUSE, so depending upon demand, expect anywhere between 5-10 working days before your wheelset ships. The wheelbuilder works on a first come, first serve system. Feel free to call us periodically for updates on your order.


Please follow the instructions below to build your custom wheelset.


STEP 1
Pick your rim(s) from the Wheelgoods category on benscycle.net and add to your shopping cart.

STEP 2
Pick your hub(s) from the appropriate category (Track/Road/MNT/BMX) on benscycle.net and add to your shopping cart.

STEP 3
Complete the the checklist listed below to choose spokes, labor, and other appropriate items that you want to add to your custom wheelbuild.

STEP 4
Complete this wheelbuild section by clicking "Add to Cart", and complete your order by finishing the checkout process.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you do NOT choose to add labor to your wheelbuild, you will be shipped all of the parts UNBUILT.
