Clement’s Futura Kevlar tire is a great inexpensive 700c tubular. The Futura is made of cotton with tan casing, black tread, butex (pinch, puncture resistant) tube, 700x21.5mm width and 28mm presta valve. Weight is 350 grams each. Listing is for one tire.
